Updating Your Neckband

When you update to the latest version of NeckbandOS, your data and settings remain unchanged.

The latest software version is 1.5.1.10326.

OTA Update

The Neckband updates automatically with an internet connection when an update is available.

You can check for updates at any time. Go to Settings > Device Preferences > About > System update > Check for update.

If you check for update but there is no update available, please try local update.

Open TV Bro or another browser on the Neckband, and visit https://static.viture.dev/ota/1.5.1.10326/update.zip. Entering text on Neckband Remote would be easy.

The browser will start to download a .zip file, wait until the download finishes.

Open 3D Player, navigate to the second tab, and open the Downloads folder.

Select the update.zip file, the system will start local updating.
